Mr. Palazzolo received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (cum laude) from Boston University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law with numerous honors and distinctions and completed specialized training at Franklin Pierce Law Center's Intellectual Property Summer Institute.
